Tabletop Display Opportunities 

Terms and Conditions of Participation

In General
bulletDisplay hours will be from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2008  
bulletTable top dimensions are 6 ft x 1.5 ft
bulletOnly material that can be placed on top of the table may be displayed (banners, backdrops, free-standing exhibits, etc., are not allowed).
bulletStandard electrical hookups are available for an additional $50 and may be used with videos or small devices so long as they can be placed safely on top of the table.  
bulletThe HCPC will have sole responsibility for assigning tabletop locations, and will make a good faith effort not to place competitors within close proximity to each other.  
bulletCocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be available throughout the exhibit session.   
HCPC Members
bulletThe display fee for HCPC members is $750 and includes two (2) exhibitor badges (good only for admission to the tabletop area). Members who attend any portion of the Symposium other than the exhibition session are expected to pay the Symposium registration fee as well -- $750 per person for HCPC members.
bulletA complimentary tabletop space is available to any HCPC member who registers three attendees for the Symposium.

Option #1

  Please bill me $750 for participating in the exhibition session. I understand that this will allow two representatives from my company to receive exhibitor badges only, and that these badges will not allow access to any portion of the Symposium other than the tabletop exhibition.

Fee is $1,500 for non-member table top exhibition space and includes two exhibitor badges (good only for admission to the tabletop area), but no Symposium registration.  Separate registration fee of $950 per non-member attendee is required for the Symposium program.  Payment must be received prior to exhibit session.
